The Maldives Aggressor II is built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. She is diesel powered and cruises at 12 knots, has a beautiful spacious Salon, Sundeck with Jacuzzi, chaise lounges, deck chairs, Bar, Grill, and a complete photo/Video Center. She accommodates 22 passengers in 11 Staterooms; 8 Staterooms with single beds, 2 Staterooms with Queen size beds and 1 Suite Stateroom with a king size bed.
Lower deck Staterooms have portholes in the cabin and bathrooms. Upper deck staterooms have picture windows and portholes in bathrooms. The Suite Stateroom is located on the Main deck with panoramic windows All Staterooms have en suite bathrooms with shower, closet, porthole, hairdryers, bathrobes and individual AC climate control. Fresh towels are placed in each stateroom as needed The yacht has 110 volt and 220 volt at the camera charging and computer stations. For use of 110 in other areas, we suggest guests bring USA 110 to 220 twin pin socket adaptors.
The yacht has a safe in each stateroom to keep valuables such as passports, cash, credit cards or anything else you would like to store. The yacht is not responsible any lost, damaged or stolen items .We highly recommend extremely caution and care be taken if you plan to travel onboard with electronic equipment. This equipment should always be stowed after use to avoid the risk of damage.
The menu onboard is varied and plentiful, with a variety of American Feasts and Local Cuisine. If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise the us as soon as possible so the yacht can adequately prepare to meet your needs. You will wake up to fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches feature hot soups, a choice of main dishes, salads and fresh fruit. Dinners are Chef prepared and a three-course meal is served each evening accompanied by local wine or beer. Once onboard, please speak to the Chef about any special needs. Certain special dietary and beverage requests may not be available due to the remote nature of this location.
The Maldives Aggressor II selection of beverages includes fruit juices, soft drinks, iced water, tea, coffee, and a good selection of local beer and wine, which are complimentary. Guests who consume alcohol during the day, you will become a sunbather until the next day.

Cancellation:
You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any chosen time by contacting us at info@thediverslog.com. All booking cancellations will take effect from the day of notice receipt, and will be confirmed via email.
The below cancellation fees will apply: (Only for Refundable Rates Bookings)
• More than 120 Days before departure: 75% Refund.
• 120 - 91 Days before departure: 55% Refund.
• 90 - 0 Days before departure: 0% Refund.
The Diver's Log does not charge any booking fees, and therefore are not, at any case responsible for the refunds.
*All Cancellations, for ALL rate types must be communicated to us directly in order to adjust guests list, and remove your name from list of permits.
Getting there and away… Each itinerary has a different embark/disembark island/port/atoll depending on the itinerary you are traveling on. Domestic flights may be involved prior and post your charter week. Guests will be met at the airport (all itineraries) by a crew-member of the Maldives Aggressor II wearing an Aggressor Liveaboards polo shirt and hat at 3:30 pm and then transferred by water taxi to the yacht at 4 pm. We strongly recommend to arrive at least one day prior to the charter start date and to stay in either a hotel or resort in the Malé area. All guests must be onboard by 5 pm on all itineraries so the yacht can depart for its first night anchorage with the first dive the following morning.
On arrival… Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the Maldives and citizens from most Western countries can obtain a 30-day tourist visa upon arrival. Some nationalities may be required to purchase a visa prior to arrival; please consult the consulate of the Maldives in your country for more details. If you are traveling with medication, please ensure to bring your physician’s prescription with you.
Money Matters… The local currency is the Maldivian Rufiyaa: (MVR). Most visitors may never see or use the local currency as US dollars and Euros are accepted everywhere and any extras are billed to your hotel room and you settle the bill at the end with your credit card.
Climate and weather… The Maldives enjoy a warm, tropical climate all year round. The dry season with lots of sunshine lasts from January to March. Wet season is from approximately mid-May to November. Year round temperatures do not vary much: around 23C (73F) at night and 31C (88F) during the day.
Time zone… The local time is 4 hours behind UTC (GMT).
Health… Medical facilities in the Maldives are limited; there are 2 hospitals in Male. There are health centers on most of the atolls. It is recommended to take the usual precautions with uncooked food and refrain from drinking tap water. Check with your doctor about which vaccinations are currently advised.
Alcohol… Local beer and wine are included during the charter. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the country from other airport gateways when arriving at the airport.
